The home inspection will include the condition of the visible structure, roof, attic, walls, ceilings, windows, central heat and air conditioning, plumbing system, electrical system, and the foundation for the home. The inspection is non-invasive, meaning we will not cut holes in the walls to observe components, and we will not cause damage to the items inspected.
